Basics
heyyyy so i made my own typology system purely for fun and i felt like sharing it online in case anyone else likes it, its pretty simple!
it works similar to big 5 (sloan) in a way, you have four slots each with two-four options, called tunes. use this carrd to navigate through each of the 12 tunes and assign the four tunes that fit you best.
1st slot: F, R
2nd slot: A, V, D, S
3rd slot: U, I
4th slot: N, T, M, G
(translated into enneagram, essentially tunes are enneagrams and your chord is your subtype)
“Fluidity”
Sheep • Cornflower"i change myself and my beliefs often due to a lack of confidence in them"F, or fluidity, manifests in fluid opinions and ideals that seem to change often and lack a solid ground, usually due to a lack of confidence. fluidities rarely keep the same opinion on something for long unless no new information about the topic at hand is released or the opinion is questioned. fluidities often fold under low pressure during arguments, giving up and changing their opinion to that of the opposing sides.
“Rigidity”
Bull • Marigold"i am confident in myself and my beliefs"R, or rigidity, manifests in solid opinions and ideals that rarely or never change. rigidities are usually very confident in their opinions and beliefs and do not change them under any pressure, they tend to be stubborn but also grounded. they can comfortably make opinions and usually see no flaw in their moral compass, and they sometimes dislike to be corrected or viewed as in the wrong.
“Ascent”
Aurochs • Peace Lily"i tend to subconsciously prioritize the betterment of my environment"A, or ascent, manifests in a tendency to subconsciously uplift others very easily through any actions. they prioritize the betterment of their surroundings to make other people more comfortable and happy. ascents do not usually do this on purpose, and their positive energy comes to them naturally. they barely fumble in social scenarios and often know what they should say without thinking twice.
“Virtue”
Cow • Snake Plant"i tend to consciously prioritize the betterment of my environment"V, or virtue, manifests in a tendency to CONSCIOUSLY uplift others through any actions. it is the purposeful equivalent of ascent. just as ascents, virtues often uplift and comfort the people around them, however they do not do this naturally. a big part of what makes a virtue a virtue is the fact they have to choose to be like ascents, the positivity and correct words not being a natural skill. virtues might also tend to be manipulators, however if said manipulation is out of evil intent; virtue turns to decadence or even sin.
“Decadence”
Yak • Poppy"i tend to subconsciously prioritize deterioration and destructive behaviors"D, or decadence, manifests in a tendency to subconsciously bring others down with them when they feel bad. decadences tend to be emotionally unavailable or unstable, usually being destructive or unpleasant in social scenarios. they do not do this on purpose and usually do not mean any harm, however they still cause it a lot more than they should, which is often an insecurity for decadences.
“Sin”
Ox • Spider Lily"i tend to consciously prioritize deterioration and destructive behaviors"S, or sin, is the CONSCIOUS equivalent of decadence, manifesting in a purposeful desire to cause damage to others and wreak havoc, usually for selfish reasons. however unfortunately i must say i doubt most people who at their core are a sin are self aware enough to type themselves as such. try to refrain from assigning sin to anyone when vibetyping them to their face as it is in my opinion the most inherently destructive and malevolent out of all the types, so calling someone sin would generally in context be considered an insult on their character. i do not believe sins are inherently awful people however i believe those whose chord (see notes and chord) is sin are generally very dangerous, toxic or difficult to be around.
“Utilitarian”
Zebu • Daffodil"i change my behavior to accommodate the opinions of those around me"U, or utilitarian, manifests in prioritizing to change ones behavior when interacting with others specifically out of the intent to please them due to their opinions. this can be due to a desire for being adored or viewed as a good person, and is not related to the opinions one actually has. utilitarians can be fluidities as well as rigidities, for an example utilitarian fluidities may genuinely shift their opinions, while utilitarian rigidities may change their opinions merely a mask to seem better in the eyes of others. utilitarians care about their image and try to generally avoid arguments or making others mad.
“Indifferent”
Llama • Lavender"i prefer factuality over opinions and do not care if that offends anyone"I, or indifferent, manifests in a prioritizing to stay factual or in control of a situation or scenario. indifferents tend to lack care for what other people think or feel because of their opinions and keep their eyes on factuality. they prefer objectivity over subjectivity and tend to prefer leader roles out of a desire to prevent subjectivity and emotion-based arguments from ruining a perfect environment. indifferent fluidities could be people who change their opinions frequently whenever new facts are presented to them and prioritize staying up to date, while indifferent rigidities may make their opinions once based on what they saw and tend not to care for the subject further.
“Non-indulgent”
Gaur • Passionflower"i do not desire or require fullness or an overflow in intimate connections, obsessions, items, etc to feel loved and be comfortable"N, or non-indulgent, manifests in being easy to satisfy or please with just little, and a lack of desire for an overflow of material pleasures, intimate connections, obsessions, etc. these people tend to for example latch onto only one or two people specifically, or only a few interests. non-indulgents are usually more reserved but are as open as they want to with those specific people. they usually have just a few or even only one fixation that brings them enough happiness.
“Temperance”
Bangteng • Black Dahlia"i do not desire or require anything or anyone at all to feel loved and be comfortable"T, or temperance, manifests in a lack of desire for any connections, items, etc. they are the "extreme" extension of non-indulgents, and are the most reserved among all tunes. they are satisfied the way they are and do not need any sort of enrichment to feel good, however that doesnt mean they are unable to appreciate gifts and loved ones. they are incredibly self-sufficient and tend to isolate themselves.
